Dixon County Fair

A bunch of us from SF drove up to the Dixon County Fair for the day then went to Grass Valley to stay with Sandy's Mom Lisa for the night.

The demolition derby was sold out

So we snuck around the back and climbed up on a truck to watch until we get kicked out. We got to see a few good hits. The crowd in attendance looked like all class.

At this point we were also with Sandy's brother Cameron, Mom and Grandmother.

Its hard to explain how bummed Sandy was when she found out the Derby was sold out. She was determined to find a way in without a ticket.

Then it was off for more fair food! This is how much Lisa likes fries.

This dude was posted up at the corner of 16th & Bryant in SF. Luckily I was able to get a shot of his awesomeness as he waited for the bus on top of his 18 pack. Later, after looking at the photo I realized he already had one cracked and tucked in the shade. P-stone was proud.

HESHER!

Whats Hesher? Oh just a heavy metal karaoke & air guitar contest held at Thee Parkside every other month. Seriously, amazing. Peep these heads get down on the mic like its 1985 all over again.

Here are the Winners. They did a Scorpions cover that blew the roof off Thee Side. It was serious. Schmitty and friends got second place and parkside happy hour loc Zack landed in third. The top three move onto the finals which will be held at Thee Parkside later this year. See you there. - Gordo

SoCal with P-Stone

A few weeks ago Stone and I drove down to pick up the rest of his stuff from SD and move it up to SF. Stone has a bun in the oven so he moved in with his lady here in SF. First stop was LA to visit with Buddy, Rick, Bailey and some homies.

We drove by this house while running errands in SD. Epic.


To finish off our short stay in SD we went to "The Holiday Bowl" with Mumford, Hewitt, Rhino and Mattias. Yet another amazing day (NBD).
